The Luc Cochran Foundation (TLCF), founded by Luc Cochran, is a nonprofit organization committed to creating a supportive and enriching environment for young people to thrive. Based in Henry County, GA, TLCF’s mission is rooted in the belief that education and mentorship have the power to transform lives and communities.
At TLCF, we strive to empower youth by providing:
In-Person Tutoring Services: Through our Academic Allies Tutoring Services, we offer personalized educational support that helps students build confidence, improve skills, and achieve their academic goals. Mentorship Programs: Guided by care and experience, we connect young people with mentors who inspire and guide them toward personal and professional success. Job Readiness Programs: Preparing youth for the future by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel in the workforce. We also proudly recognize and celebrate the achievements of the youth we serve through initiatives like the AchieveMore Rewards Program, motivating students to stay engaged and excel.
The Luc Cochran Foundation is more than just a nonprofit—it’s a reflection of the passion and dedication Luc Cochran has for giving back. It is also a tribute to the resilience and determination of those who have inspired him, such as his late grandmother, whose memory continues to guide TLCF’s mission of hope and opportunity. TLCF is proud to have supported over 150 youth in their educational and personal growth journeys, with plans to expand its reach throughout Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area.
Whether through donations, sponsorships, or volunteering, your support helps TLCF create a lasting impact in the lives of young people. Together, we can inspire the next generation to dream big, achieve more, and give back.
Let’s build a brighter future—one young mind at a time.
